Other: Black Pearls (oops - retired), Green Paint and White Liquid Applique
To get the fun texture on this card I used some old mesh that I got at a Scrapbook Expo. Try using lace, screen, or tulle - you'll love this fun technique!
I stamped the sentiment on a strip of scrap paper and attached it to a wooden toothpick.
I love Halloween, don't you?
